Something is wrong with my derbylove merchandise what do I do?

While we know this is a rare occurrence, it may happen. But do not fret.

Shipping is handled by the USPS, and in most cases your item should arrive in a few days. On occasion, if we are away from the office attending a Roller Derby event, your order may be delayed an additional 5 - 7 days.
